Giới Thiệu Về Clickbank
Clickbank là một Affiliate Network (mạng tiếp thị liên kết) chuyên cung cấp các sản phẩm & dịch vụ số.Hầu hết các chuyên gia về Internet Marketing khi “show hàng/proof” đều dùng hình ảnh thu nhập từ tài khoản ở Clickbank.
Clickbank cung cấp cho người bán đăng sản phẩm và dịch vụ của họ đồng thời cho phép người làm affiliate lấy link giới thiệu sản phẩm ở clickbank để có thể kiếm tiền commission ( hoa hồng) khi có đơn hàng hợp lệ.Đây là một affiliate network lớn và ra đời từ năm 1998 nhưng chỉ chấp nhận cho Việt Nam từ năm 2009.Từ đâu năm 2013 đã có nhiều sự thay đổi với Clickbank và chúng ta sẽ từ từ tìm hiểu.
Đăng Ký Tài Khoản Clickbank
Bạn hảy vô trang www.clickbank.com và bấm nút “Sigh Up” sau đó chọn “You Need Clickbank For Affiliates” như hình dưới đây
Kéo xuống dưới cùng và bấm “Sign Up Now” hoặc đơn giản các bước trên bấm vào link https://accounts.clickbank.com/public/#/signup/form/
Ở bước dưới đây, bạn chỉ cần điền thông tin chính xác địa chỉ của bạn là được để nhận check khi bạn kiếm được tiền Clickbank mặc dù bạn có thể dùng thẻ Payoneer.Lý do điền thông tin chính xác là vì check sẽ gửi qua bưu điện và bạn cần lên ngân hàng đổi check.Tuy nhiên, năm 2013 đã khác rồi, bạn có thể nhận tiền trực tiếp và tôi sẽ đề cập sau.

a. Khi bạn biết nick vendor
Một khi bạn đã biết nickname của vendor, người bán sản phẩm, bạn có thể tạo ra link affiliate cho mình theo cấu trúc
b. Không biết nick vendor
Thông thường chúng ta vô phần Market Place để chọn sản phẩm theo tiêu chí mong muốn và sẽ biết nickname của vendor.Clickbank 2013 bắt buộc chúng ta phải đăng nhập tài khoản trước khi có thể tìm kiếm thông tin các sản phẩm
Link đăng nhập vô Market Place nằm phí trên cùng gần tay phải hoặc theo cấu trứchttps://affiliatenickname.accounts.clickbank.com/account/marketplace.htm ( trong đó affiliatenickname là nickname ở Clickbank của bạn.Đơn giản nhất là bạn đăng nhập tài khoản trước vì kiểu gì bạn cũng vẫn phải làm bước đó.

Về cơ bản vấn đề liên quan đến FTC là bạn nên có những trang riêng như Privacy Policy, Term Of Service, Earning Disclaimer… thể hiện rõ các yếu tố liên quan đến việc độc giả sử dụng blog của bạn như thế nào và nếu có chuyện mua hàng thì bạn cũng nêu rõ là bạn có commission và thêm nữa các bằng chứng thu nhập hay tương tự phải nói rõ ràng như tôi đã đề cập ở trên.Phần lớn chúng ta hay bỏ qua bước này và nhiề bạn đã bị ảnh hưởng khi đăng thông tin không rõ ràng trên blog dẫn đến Vendor than phiền với clickbank hoặc khách hàng than phiền và tài khoản của bạn rất dễ bị khóa.
Ngoài ra, một số bạn khi viết blog giới thiệu sản phẩm lại copy y chang nội dung site bán hàng của vendor kể cả tên người bán và chữ ký công với nút thanh toán.Nên nhớ, chúng ta là ngừoi giới thiệu, không phải là người bán sản phẩm nhé.
Quy Định Sử Dụng Của Clickbank
Khi bạn bắt đầu tham gia đăng ký với Clickbank, bạn có “cơ hội” đọc các quy định sử dụng dịch vụ nhưng gần như là chúng ta bỏ qua bước này dẫn đến việc giới thiệu sản phẩm không đúng cách và vi phạm chính sách rồi xảy ra tình trạng bị khóa tài khoản.

Đăng Ký Và Sử Dụng Clickbank Với Tư Cách Vendor
Khi bạn muốn bán hàng trên Clickbank, bạn sẽ đăng ký với tư cách là vendor.Bạn có thể bắt đầu từ việc bạn là Affiliate hoặc đăng ký làm vendor ngay từ đầu.

Như bạn thấy thì gói DIY bạn vẫn phải trả phí $49.95 một lần kích hoạt bán sản phẩm
Bạn được phép bán đến 500 sản phẩm cho một tài khoản nhưng quy định là sử dụng chung 1 hop link.Như vậy thực ra chỉ là một sản phẩm với nhiều phiên bản và giá khác nhau.

Nhận Thanh Toán Từ Clickbank
Nếu như trước đây bạn phải nhận tiền từ clickbank qua check rất rắc rối thì giờ đây việc sử dụng Payoneer đã giúp cho bạn nhẹ nhàng hơn rất nhiều trong việc nhận commission và Clickbank vẫn là nơi lý tưởng chúng ta có thể tham gia.Đây là những quy định trước khi bạn có thể nhận commission

Quản Lý Tài Khoản Clickbank
Với thiệu cập nhật bảng màu cho tài khoản, chúng ta nên theo dõi tài khoản thường xuyên và làm sao cho nó có màu xanh là tốt nhất.Chúng ta nên chọn những sản phẩm phù hợp để giới thiệu vì không phải sản phẩm nào ở Clickbank cũng uy tín cả.Việc để ý đến tài khoản của chúng ta áp dụng cho cả khi bạn làm vendor và affiliate nhé
Thêm một điều nữa mà nhiều bạn gặp phải là để tài khoản một thời gian không làm gì cả và vài tháng sau quay lại thì số tiền commission bị “bốc hơi” hết và không hiểu lý do tại sao.Lý do bị trừ tiền trong tài khoản là do các bạn không chú ý đến vấn đề Clickbank Dormant Accounts
Tài Khoản không hoạt động
- Các tài khoản có một khoản thu nhập dương nhưng không có thu nhập trong một khoảng thời gian dài được coi là không hoạt động.
- Tài khoản không hoạt động sẽ bị trừ một khoản phí là $ 1 mỗi ngày sau 90 ngày kể từ ngày không có thu nhập, $ 5 mỗi ngày nếu sau 180 ngày không có thu nhập, và $ 50 cho mỗi ngày sau 365 ngày không có thu nhập.
Như vậy nếu tài khoản bạn có $5o nhưng sau từ lúc sale cuối cùng đến 90 ngày mà không có sale thì sau ngày 91 bạn sẽ bị trừ mỗi ngày $1.Tương tự $5/day và $50/day như đã giải thích ở trên.Tài khoản của bạn có thể âm lắm chứ

For purposes of this Agreement, “Vendor” is defined as any person or entity that submits one or more Products for sale via the ClickBank Marketplace.
You will not make any unlicensed or unauthorized use of, or otherwise infringe, violate or misappropriate any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of privacy, right of publicity or other intellectual property or other proprietary right (collectively “IP Rights”) of any entity or individual.
You will not interfere with or manipulate rankings of ClickBank’s Marketplace (as defined below in Section 4(d)), tracking of Commissions, or the normal flow of traffic to, through, or from the ClickBank Services.
If You Promote Products or Brands in a high risk industry, You must be in compliance with ClickBank’s Additional Terms and Conditions provided to You, which are incorporated into this Agreement by this reference, at all times.
You will not Promote violence, sexually explicit materials, Products from any website, blog, social network, forum or other medium that contain, host or promote illegal content or material, illegal activities, alcohol, tobacco or prescription drugs, discrimination based upon race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.
You will not Promote any Products or services to children under the age of thirteen (13).
You will not defame any person.
You will not include any trademarks or other brand identifiers, or any copyrighted materials, other than as expressly permitted by this Agreement.
You will not incorporate any variation of or misspell any third-party trademarks or other brand identifiers in any domain name, username or other identifier, including on any social networking site.
You will not in any way copy the “look and feel” of any third party website, or otherwise imply that the Promotion is in fact a third party website.
All communications and/or representations made by You in connection with any Promotions and/or in relation to any Product will be accurate and contain all disclosures and disclaimers necessary to prevent such Promotions from being false or deceptive. Such disclosures and disclaimers must be made in a clear and conspicuous manner, and will otherwise comply with Your country’s laws and all U.S. federal and state laws, including U.S. Federal Trade Commission(“FTC”) regulations, policies and guidelines governing advertising, disclosure and consumer protection, including the FTC’s Endorsement Guidelines.
ClickBank reserves the right but is not obligated to review Your Promotions. You agree that ClickBank, in its sole discretion and at any time, may require changes to Product Promotion and delivery pages, customer support or other items related to the content of Your Promotions.
You will provide valid contact information, including but not limited to a working email address and phone number, where ClickBank can send inquiries and receive a non-automated reply by end of the following business day.
ClickBank does not independently review, verify, guarantee, or assume any responsibility or liability for, the accuracy, completeness, efficacy, or timeliness of any information provided by Vendors, nor is it responsible for any bonuses, prizes or other incentives offered by Vendors in the “Vendor Spotlight,” as described in this Agreement, or otherwise offered by Vendors via the ClickBank Services. For any retail transaction involving a physical Product, ClickBank will collect and remit state or local transfer taxes (including but not limited to sales or use tax) where it is legally required to do so. Where ClickBank does not collect and remit state or local transfer taxes on a transaction, You may have the legal obligation to pay such taxes. Such obligation may arise as a result of: (i) Your existing or past physical contacts with a state; and (ii) Your provision of a “drop ship” delivery of the physical Product to a buyer located in a state. You may wish to consult a tax professional to determine if You will have this type of obligation in any particular state. You agree that if such an obligation arises with respect to any particular state, You will be solely responsible for the timely payment of such tax and any interest or penalties.
If You use the Vendor Spotlight platform or the ClickBank Services to communicate with Affiliates about Your Products, You agree that all statements or messages communicated by You via the Vendor Spotlight or ClickBank Services constitute Promotions under this Agreement and are subject to all applicable terms and obligations thereto. Additionally, and without limiting any other restriction contained herein, You will not use the Vendor Spotlight or ClickBank Services to: (i) make any false or deceptive statement or claim regarding Your Product or sales of Your Product; (ii) offer any Promotions or incentives to Affiliates unless You intend to fulfill such Promotions or incentives; (iii) offer any Promotions or incentives to Affiliates unless You affirmatively state that they are offered only by You and not by ClickBank; or (iv) suggest in any way, whether express or implied, that Your Product(s) are endorsed, approved or sponsored by ClickBank in any way. ClickBank reserves the right to suspend Your ability to use the Vendor Spotlight or ClickBank Services at any time.
If and to the extent You use third parties to provide Products or Services, You and such third parties must be in compliance with all terms of this Agreement, and You are responsible for all acts and omissions of such third party.
All Vendors must include the required disclaimers and comply with the requirements set forth here: http://www.clickbank.com/help/vendor-help/vendor-basics/selling-basics/required-disclaimers/.
No account may have more than 100 Joint Venture contracts. Accounts with more than 100 Joint Venture contracts are subject to review and potential corrective actions, as determined in ClickBank’s sole discretion.
